Breakfast Club

Caring for children at Valley View starts before the school day begins with our Breakfast Club. Breakfast Club opens at 7.30am and runs until the start of the school day and is run by school staff. 

Whilst Breakfast Club takes place within our school, every effort is made to make it feel different – we don’t want children to feel they are in lessons at this time of the day. A wide range of activities such as table football, craft, books and board games are organised.

Each morning children are offered a simple breakfast in the school dining room and main dining hall. This is usually a range of cereals, fruit and toast everyday. 

Breakfast Club is run by members of school staff: Mrs Moore, who is the Breakfast Club manager and works in school as a Teaching Assistant. Mrs Bedford, Mrs McNiven, Mrs Richards, Miss Rawlinson who also work in school as Teaching Assistants. Mrs Dickinson and Mrs Ward work in school as part of the lunchtime team.

Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare payments are now accepted as payment for Breakfast Club please ask at the school office for details.
